Prior to co-founding Cetra Partners in 2026, Dan spent seven years as Senior Managing Director at Newmark and 19 years at Colliers International as Vice President. With a proven track record of successful transactions, deep market knowledge, and experience representing landlords, tenants, and investors, Dan delivers strategic guidance, personalized service, and lasting value for his clients.

Jay Chmieleski, Principal and Founder of Cetra Partners, brings more than 27 years of commercial real estate experience and over $1 billion in completed transactions. He advises owners, occupiers, and investors across the Twin Cities and western Wisconsin on industrial, office, land, and investment properties.
Prior to founding Cetra Partners, Jay served as Senior Managing Director at Newmark and spent 20 years at Colliers International, where he co-led a six-person brokerage team. Known for his market insight, strategic approach, and relationship-first philosophy, Jay helps clients navigate complex transactions and achieve long-term value.

Patrick Cullen, Principal and Founder of Cetra Partners Brokerage and Cetra Partners Property Management, provides strategic commercial real estate advisory services across the Twin Cities and western Wisconsin. His brokerage expertise spans industrial, office, land, and investment properties, backed by seven years at Newmark and an early career at Colliers International.
Patrick also leads Cetra Partners Property Management, overseeing 15 industrial and office properties totaling more than 600,000 square feet and valued at over $50 million. Known for his market knowledge, attention to detail, and client-first approach, Patrick delivers tailored solutions that create long-term value for property owners and investors.

Jack Brown is an Associate Broker at Cetra Partners Brokerage, supporting business development, market research, property marketing, and client services across the Twin Cities and western Wisconsin. After two years as a brokerage intern, he joined the team full-time in 2026.
Jack graduated from Bethel University with a Bachelor of Arts in Finance, where he captained the NCAA hockey team and participated in several business and investment organizations. He is a member of MNCAR and CREDA Minnesota and is committed to building strong client relationships and delivering results.
