Build and maintain partnerships with trusted vendors who provide high-quality, responsive services at competitive prices
Oversee vendor work, including obtaining competitive bids, scheduling inspections, and ensuring qualit control
Manage service contracts (e.g., lawn care, snow removal, parking lot maintenance) and review vendor performance
Serve as the main contact for fire alarm companies, inspections, insurance reviews, and property appraisals
Lead contruction projects and capital improvement initiatives, ensuring they align with the property’s long-term objectives
Property-Level Accounting & Financial Reporting
AR/AP - monthly invoices, rent collection and check runs
Monthly rent and debt management
Create annual budgets and expense amortization schedules
Annual CAM reconciliation and related tenant correspondence
Monthly and quarterly rent rolls and financial reporting for ownership
Yearend assistance and reporting for tax return preparation
Lease & Investment Administration
