Vendor Relationships

  • Act as the primary liason for all building maintenance, repair projects, and vendor interactions

  • Build and maintain partnerships with trusted vendors who provide high-quality, responsive services at competitive prices

  • Oversee vendor work, including obtaining competitive bids, scheduling inspections, and ensuring qualit control

  • Manage service contracts (e.g., lawn care, snow removal, parking lot maintenance) and review vendor performance

  • Serve as the main contact for fire alarm companies, inspections, insurance reviews, and property appraisals

  • Lead contruction projects and capital improvement initiatives, ensuring they align with the property’s long-term objectives

Property-Level Accounting & Financial Reporting
